Refund policy

Amending or Cancelling an Order
Feel free to get in touch via our contact form or email if you wish to amend any part of your order. You have the right to cancel any order that hasn't been shipped for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. This covers our time and the re-processing fee to reverse the payment.

(This also protects us from spending funds on processing refunds for customers who may be using Bots or Automated Checkout Software on our website. Who then request to cancel within minutes of purchasing.)

Damaged Collectables
If your collectables have arrived faulty or damaged. You must inform us within a 3 day time period of your order arriving. We will offer a suitable resolution. We do reserve the right to refuse to accept your return if you get in touch after this time period.

Please note that damaged cards inside of a sealed blind product are beyond our control and we do recommend talking directly to the manufacturer. 

Pre-Orders
We don't offer ANY kind of Pre-Orders.
