TikTok High Value Special Delivery

Due to TikTok having a controlled postal system with "EVRI". We are now offering a custom shipping service.

We have had many customers complain that "EVRI" have been poor with delivery on orders placed through our TikTok Store. We have no choice in which courier is used on this platform. However if an item is particularly valuable you can request to have it sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by purchasing this product.

TikTok are very good at reimbursing customers for their original spend on an order, however if cards are pulled with a much higher value than the sealed product and was to get "lost in transit", this additional value wouldn't be covered.
